Discord (Primary)
The best place to get help is the Polymarket Discord Server.
- Community managers and mods are active there.
- Do not reply to DMs. Admins will never DM you first.
Intercom (Website Chat)
On the Polymarket website, there is sometimes a chat bubble (Intercom) in the bottom right corner for direct support tickets.
You can usually reach support at hello@polymarket.com (check their footer for the most up-to-date email).
